Suburban 60K BTU Tankless LP Water Heater

The Suburban tankless on-demand water heater was developed with Industry Best:
– BTU Output, 60,000
– Freeze Protection
– 3 Try Direct Spark Ignition
– Installs with or without a door

The 5132A / IW60 features Suburbans exclusive 2-stage Modulation Combustion System (MCS). The MCS monitors:
– Inlet water temperature
– Gallons per minute of inlet water flow
– Gallons per minute of outlet water flow required
– Output of water temperature

The MCS automatically adjusts LP gas input to virtually eliminate output water flow reductions and temperature fluctuations.

INSTALLATION NOTES: If this is being used as a new install (going where a water heater is NOT currently installed), then an access door is not required, but you will still need a wall vent. If this is going to be taking the place of a unit that you are removing, the correct corresponding retrofit access door kit AND wall vent are both required.
